Creating a high quality Real Estate video

Top way to capture high quality video with out a production company budget

If you are trying to stand out in your market place one thing you should consider is a high quality video. Video is becoming the newest way to express yourself and connect with your target audience. I live in Wellington and my target audience is the equestrian community in Wellington and the downtown intracostal community of Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. With that in mind I decided to shoot my Realtor Brand video at a listing that I just acquired in the equestrian community of Palm Beach Point in Wellington. I also shot my video in the ever popluar downtown district of City Place, Clematis and Flagler. Once our production crew had completed the video and editing we placed the video front and center on our new website www.PalmBeach1.com.

Video is a great marketing tool and allows you to connect with your target audience. So take a chance grab a high quality camera and get to work. I am always looking for suggestions so email me at info@palmbeach1.com with any suggestions. Here are some helpful tips. Good Luck.

Realtor Video Branding Tips:

1)  Film and capture locations that your target audience is familiar with. Visit restaurants, bridges, landmarks, buildings, entrances to neighborhoods, vibrant walking streets

2)  Make your video no more than 90 sec

3)  Use a minimum of 30-40 clips of no more than 2 sec each

4)  Using black and white video can give the effect of a more established company

5)  Quick and sharp transitions in between clips keep the consumer

6)  Be yourself.  If you are funny, then be humorous in your video.  If you are a luxury Realtor, then show your target audience without telling them how high end you are.
