The area uniquely includes several equestrian trails and a bridle path, and is conveniently located just adjacent to the International Polo Club, the site of the U.S. Polo Open.  You will find Grand Prix Farms north of Lake Worth Road.  Just two miles from U.S. 441 (SR 7), this area is a great location for exploring all that South Florida has to offer.  It is also with just a few minutes of the Florida Turnpike.

The single-family estate homes of Grand Prix Farms start at about 3,000 square feet, but vary greatly in size and style.  Some homes feature more than 10,000 square feet of living space.  Most lots range in size from about two-and-a-half acres to nearly six acres.  Most of the estate-sized properties also include riding areas, bridle trails, riding rings, paddocks, tack rooms, multi-stall barns and feed and storage rooms.  It is not unusual for properties to be priced upwards of $10 million dollars or more.  Some home sites feature new construction and have either lake views or canal views.  Expect CBS construction in the homes, with ceramic tile flooring on the insides. 

Along with the equestrian lifestyle, there is much to do in the Village of Wellington.  A number of dining locations are within a short drive of the community, including fine dining establishments, as well as many family-friendly choices.  When it comes to shopping, the Mall at Wellington Green is the place to go for all of your shopping needs.  The mall is full of dozens upon dozens of stores, from national chain retailers to boutiques.  You are sure to find just the right thing in Palm Beach County.  If golf is your game, you can enjoy the more than 150 private and public golf courses located in the area of Palm Beach County.  The closest to Grand Prix Farms is the 36-hole championship golf course found on the ground of the nearby Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club.  The beautifully pristine Palm Beaches are also just about a half hour drive from Grand Prix Farms.  There are 47 miles of white sandy beaches just waiting to be explored.  You will find fantastic spots for fishing, diving and picnicking.  There are also great locations in Palm Beach County for boating and other water sports.  The area is truly an outdoor lover’s paradise.  On the rare occasion that the weather does not cooperate, the area of Wellington boasts several museums and art centers to be explored.  The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts brings in big name acts to the region on a regular basis.  When it comes to health and safety, there are a number of hospitals and medical centers in the area of Grand Prix Farms, including Wellington Regional Hospital.  Children living within the community of Grand Prix Farms attend public schools within the highly acclaimed School District of Palm Beach County.  Area schools include New Horizons Elementary School, Polo Park Middle School and Wellington High School.  There are also a number of private schools, as well as various colleges and universities located nearby.  One of which is Florida Atlantic University.
