Make your next home part of the exclusive equestrian lifestyle of Grand Prix Village in the Village of Wellington.  The area features luxuriously appointed homes, with all of the extra amenities available with the horse lover in mind.  The sprawling estate homes come full circle, with equestrian trails and a bridle path winding throughout the community.  The community is close to swimming, championship golf and world-class equine facilities.  There are two phases of Grand Prix Village, with the newest being Grand Prix Village South, developed by Wellington Equestrian partners.  The community of Grand Prix Village at the Equestrian Club is located just off Pierson Road, about two miles to the west of U.S. 441 (SR 7).

The homes of Grand Prix Village include between three and seven acres of land.  The homes are different in style and layout, but include a minimum of 3,000 square feet, with many ranging upwards of 10,000 square feet.  All of the properties also include tack rooms, riding arenas, paddocks, feed and storage rooms, and multi-stall barns.  Grand Prix Village South is currently under construction, and features 19 properties, ranging in size from more than three acres to more than seven acres of land.  Prices of the properties alone start at $850,000 per acre.  The Grand Prix Village South community allows for eight stalls per acre.  Many properties are priced well above $10 million dollars with canal, pond and lake views.

Grand Prix Village is very close to the show grounds for the area’s Winter Equestrian Festival.  It is an annual event for the Village of Wellington, showcasing the world-renowned equestrian community to thousands of visitors each year.  Grand Prix Village is also very close to the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center, the International Polo Club Palm Beach and the Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club.  The venues are well-known for their equine and golfing opportunities.  There are bridge paths and golf cart paths, which connect Grand Prix Village South to the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center.  Other than Palm Beach Polo, there are roughly an additional 150 public and private golf courses in the area of Palm Beach County.  When it comes to shopping, the area is just a few minutes away from the Mall at Wellington Green.  It is within six miles of Grand Prix Village.  This is the largest shopping mall in the Village of Wellington, with selections from retail chains and unique stores to the area.  A number of dining venues are also available in the area, with every taste in mind.  As for other entertainment locations, the Wellington Aquatics Complex in close to the community of Grand Prix Village.  The complex has an Olympic-sized swimming pool.  Nearby Olympic Park offers both baseball fields and batting cages.  The Palm Beaches are about 20 minutes from the Village of Wellington.  This is the area Palm Beach County is famous for, with more than 40 miles of white, sandy beaches just waiting to be explored.  A number of options are available for boating, diving and fishing in the area.  When it comes to healthcare, you are covered by a number of hospitals and medical centers in the area including Wellington Regional Hospital.  Students living in Grand Prix Village attend school within the School District of Palm Beach County.  The district is one of the largest in the nation, and top-rated.  Younger children attend New Horizons Elementary.  Older students attend either Polo Park Middle School or Wellington Community High School.  A number of private schools are also at home in the region, as are several public and private colleges and universities for students seeking higher educational opportunities.
