Make your next home within the picturesque setting of beautiful Wellington, Florida.  Stonegate is a community perfect for growing families, with homes built in the mid 1990s. The community includes views of the nearby Greenview Cove Golf Course.  Homeowners in Stonegate do belong to, and pay fees to, a Homeowner’s Association.  You will find the community of Stonegate north of Greenbriar Boulevard, on the east side of Greenview Shores Boulevard.  This is a desirable location in Palm Beach County.  Money Magazine ranks the Village of Wellington as one of the top 100 places to live in the entire nation.

The single-family homes of Stonegate range in size from 1,800 square feet to around 3,000 square feet.  Three, four and five bedroom floor plans are available, with various options.  The homes feature either two or three-car garages.  Many of the homes are within the price range of the low $200,000s to the mid $300,000s.  Some have been recently remodeled or redone.  Expect CBS construction and even some homes with private pools.

The community of Stonegate is within a short drive of all of the Village of Wellington’s world-class equestrian facilities.  The area puts on the Winter Equestrian Festival each year, with thousands of visitors flocking to the area.  Wellington also hosts a number of other equestrian-themed events throughout the year.  Other outdoor sports include the game of golf.  The area of Palm Beach County is a prime location for golfing, with more than 150 different courses to choose from, both public and private facilities.  As for enjoying the beach scene, the Atlantic Ocean is less than a 30-minute drive from Wellington.  There are 47 miles of white sandy beaches just waiting to be explored.  Expect to find various picnic spots, plus fishing and diving locations.  There are also plenty of places for boating in the region, which is why so many residents own and dock their own boats.  As for other outdoor activities, Palm Beach County has dozens of public parks, with nearly three dozen of them in the boundaries of the Village of Wellington.  Enjoy outdoor concerts, plays and movies at the Wellington Amphitheater.  With an adjacent playground, the area is a fun place for families of all ages.  The recently renovated Wellington Aquatics Complex is also a great place for family fun.  The complex includes an Olympic-sized swimming pool and is part of the Wellington Community Center.  The venue also features a tennis center with lessons and leagues.  For shoppers, the Mall at Wellington Green is a short drive from Stonegate.  It is the place to go for all of your retail and home décor needs, all under one roof.  The area also features a number of dining locations.  From casual dining, to fine dining, the choices are abundant and varied.  Wellington Regional Medical Center is close to the community of Stonegate.  There are also a number of other hospitals, medical centers, and health clinics within a short drive.  Nearby public schools to Stonegate, include Wellington Community High School, New Horizons Elementary School and Polo Park Middle School.  All three schools are part of the A-rated School District of Palm Beach County.  The district boasts one of the largest student enrollments of any public school district in the nation, and is one of the largest employers for the area of Palm Beach County. Other nearby private schools to Stonegate include, St. David’s in the Pines and Wellington Christian School.  There are also a number of private and public colleges and universities in Palm Beach County, Florida.  They include Palm Beach Atlantic University, Keiser University, South University and Palm Beach State College.
