The 101 Lofts come in varying floor models, with both flats and two-story lofts.  Expect to find soaring, high ceilings, with windows that stretch from the floors on up to the 22-foot ceilings.  The units also come with balconies.  Depending on the view, expect to pay between the low $200,000s and the mid $300,000s for a one bedroom, one bath unit.  Square footage is approximately 850 square feet for some of the units, and upwards of 900 square feet for others.  Many of the units come with stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, upgraded granite countertops and hurricane windows.

Not only is the community near the waterfront, but the address also surrounds homeowners with the best of all worlds.  Shopping, nightlife and parks are within reach of this community.  With such a varied amount to do, there really is no limit to what is possible living the good life in the 101 Lofts.  The Clematis District is right outside your front door when you make the 101 Lofts your new home.  The area features a mix of international flair when it comes to all the restaurants in the area.  Expect to find some unique dining locations, as well as some locations well known to West Palm Beach.  There are also plenty of shops in the area.  In addition, Clematis District is home to antique stores and historical landmarks.  At nighttime, the area becomes a destination for entertainment.  This is the place to experience nightclubs and live music.  If you are looking for a more traditional shopping adventure, head to downtown West Palm Beach’s CityPlace.  The area comes alive with upscale shopping destinations, as well as numerous restaurants, events and live entertainment of its own.  Life at the 101 Lofts also puts you close to other landmarks within the West Palm Beach Community.  The area is just north of the Meyer Amphitheater.  It is a fantastic location for enjoying live, outdoor entertainment and music.  You can walk right out to the Intracoastal from here.  Centennial Park is also to the south of the 101 Lofts.  The area includes the picturesque Centennial Fountain, with room for children to play, or to just sit back and enjoy the scenery from the benches and tables in the park.  This area of West Palm Beach includes several hospitals and medical centers including Good Samaritan Medical Center, Butler Medical Center and Children’s Hospital at St. Mary’s.  The community of 101 Lofts falls within the top-rated School District of Palm Beach County.  The large public school district is one of the largest employers in Palm Beach County.  When it comes to higher education, Palm Beach Atlantic University is located close by, in West Palm Beach.  Other colleges include Keiser Career College and Northwood University.
