Originally constructed as a luxury apartment complex in 2000, the community changed over to luxury townhomes and condominiums in 2005.   The Related Group built the gated complex, now consisting of 160 condos and 40 townhomes. The highly desirable community features a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool and indoor racquetball court.  There is also a business center and multimedia area for residents to enjoy. Townhome owners do have to pay monthly fees to a Homeowner’s Association.  Those fees pay for the community’s amenities, as well as some additional services to homeowners. 

The condominiums and townhomes of St. Andrews at the Polo Club are centrally located.  The complex is on the east side of South Shore Boulevard, just south of Forest Hill Boulevard in the Village of Wellington. This part of Palm Beach County is a much sought after place for families, singles and retirees to call home.Condos are located on either the first, second or third floors of the complex.  Square footage of the condominiums starts at about 1,200 square feet, and goes to around 1,600.  There are five floor plans to choose from.  Each one includes either a private balcony or a private patio.  Some include a one-car garage.  There are open floor plans throughout. Condominiums in the complex range in price from less then $200,000 to the mid $300,000 range. The townhomes of St. Andrews at the Polo Club only consist of one floorplan.  It has a living space of about 1,400 square feet.  The townhomes come with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and an attached one-car garage.  There is also extra driveway parking available for couples and families who have more than one vehicle.
