Co-developers in the Equus community include Engle Homes, Landmark Custom Homes and Ecclestone Signature Homes. Homebuyers in Equus do pay monthly fees a Homeowner’s Association. Prospective homeowners will find Equus close to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.  The community is located near Boynton Beach Boulevard and Lyons Road in a desirable section of Boynton Beach.

Of course, South Florida is known for its fabulous beaches.  Enjoy an afternoon along the Atlantic Ocean, whether fishing, boating, diving or just taking in the picturesque views.  Grab a picnic lunch, though, because there are numerous spots to enjoy hours of fun.  There are also dozens of publicly run parks in the Palm Beach County area for all residents to enjoy. If you are interested in golf, you will not have to travel far.  There are more than 150 public and private golf courses within Palm Beach County. Not surprisingly, tourism is strong in the area.  The job market also reflects agriculture.  The largest employer is the School District of Palm Beach County, which is also one of the largest districts by size in the nation. Nearby hospitals, include the newly opened Bethesda West Memorial Hospital. Residents of Equus attend public school within the School District of Palm Beach County.  The community falls within the boundaries of Sunset Palms Elementary School, Olympic Heights High School and Odyssey Middle School. Several nearby private and parochial schools also accept students from the Equus community. As well, the Palm Beach County area is home to a number of colleges and universities for older students, both public and private.
