Enjoy country club living at its finest, when you make the premier Indian Spring Country Club your new home.  The special blend of resort-style living is made exclusively for the 55+, active adult community. The more than 800 acre private country club setting features two championship golf courses.  There are golf professionals on-site to offer lessons to members.  In addition, members have the option of taking tennis lessons at the club.  The property has 26 Har-Tru tennis courts.  There is also a stadium tennis court with seating under a canopy. As well, there is a large community clubhouse and fitness center.  The center includes free weights, as well as classes in the facility’s aerobic studios.  Personal trainers are available.  For a more relaxing time, visit the on-site spa or Olympic-sized swimming pool.  It is heated during the winter, and includes room for water aerobics classes and a lap lane. The clubhouse also holds club meetings, live shows and other entertainment, dinner dances, art and sculpting classes, and performs guided trips to local venues and attractions throughout the year. Indian Spring is a 24/7-gated community, with roving security on the grounds, as well.  The Indian Spring Master Association funds community maintenance. Members have the choice of either golf, tennis social or junior memberships to the country club.  Residents of Indian Spring do not have to become members, but may choose from the many equity memberships available.  Non-residents may also become members.

The community of Indian Spring is located on the east side of El Clair Ranch Road, just to the south of Woolbright Road in beautiful Boynton Beach. This area of Palm Beach County is easily traveled to from other areas of South Florida via both the Florida Turnpike and I-95.The homes of Indian Spring range greatly in price and in size.  In all, there are more than 1,000 single-family homes and 845 condominiums on-site.  Together, they make up 24 separate community associations. Home prices range from $125,000 to $400,000.  Some homes have lake or golf course views, while others have private swimming pools in the backyard.  Expect granite countertops, covered patios, walk-in closets and upgraded flooring throughout. Members of Indian Spring Country Club do not have to go very far to get a great bite to eat.  Both casual and formal dining is available on-site.  There are two dining rooms at the country club.  The Grille Room provides a more relaxed setting for lunch and dinner.  The Main Dining Room features theme dinners and fine dining.  The Main Lounge and 19^th Hole Bar serve drinks and appetizers.

If you are shopping for the golf lover, you only need to make a stop at the club’s on-site Pro Shop.  The shop sells both golf accessories and apparel. Indian Spring is very close to Downtown Delray, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach.  Here you will find a number of other restaurants and retail stores, along with an endless array of entertainment possibilities. Although many homeowners in Indian Spring are retirees, the job market in the area is influenced by the tourism industry. Nearby hospitals and medical centers, include Bethesda Memorial Hospital and Bethesda Hospital West. The community of Indian Spring is within the highly rated public School District of Palm Beach County.  Nearby schools, include Hagen Road Elementary School and Odyssey Middle School.  Older students in the area attend Boynton Beach Community High School. There are also a number of private schools in the area, as well as colleges and universities for older students to further their education.
