If you are looking for a superior golf course community, you will find it at Quail Ridge Country Club.  There are 946 homes within the community, spread across 600 acres. Tucked inside the gated community of Quail Ridge are two championship golf courses, plus practice areas.  The area is also the home of the headquarters of the Society of Seniors.  The group includes top amateur golfers who live and breathe the game of golf.  PGA and LPGA golfers are on-staff to help members achieve their best games. There is also a tennis center, with 14 Har-Tru courts and two all-weather courts.  In addition, there is a pro shop on-site.  For the fitness buff, the club also features a fitness center.  For outdoor enthusiasts there are six miles of walking and biking paths throughout the community.  The area also includes basketball courts and playgrounds.

The clubhouse regularly hosts club meetings and arts and crafts activities.  There are also a number of theater and cultural trips for residents to take part in. Club membership is mandatory for owning a home in the community.  Homebuyers within Quail Ridge have the option of buying either a golf membership or a social/tennis membership. The community of Quail Ridge is found off on Golf Road in Boynton Beach.  This area is just south of Woolbright Road, and just west of South Congress Avenue in Palm Beach County.

There are several options for homebuyers in Quail Ridge.  The area includes more than 500 condominiums, of two and three bedrooms.  There are also more than 300 courtyard villas and more than 60 custom homes.  The club also features a rental unit program. The custom homes within Quail Ridge are all unique.  Most have large yards and private swimming pools. As for the nine villages of villas, expect 2,300 square feet of living space.  Floor plans are customized and unique.  Each of the villages has its own heated swimming pool, gas barbeque and gathering area for residents to exclusively enjoy. The garden condominiums range in size from 1,700 square feet to 1,900 square feet.  The terrace condominiums are a bit smaller at 1,400 square feet.  Each village of condominiums includes its own heated pool, gas barbeques and a community gathering area. Certain properties are also available for lease either annually or seasonally.  Those renters do not retain any membership privileges.

Dining options are right at hand.  Inside the gates of Quail Ridge are a number of dining locations for members.  The Main Dining Room is the place for upscale dining and dancing, and hosts numerous special events throughout the year.  The Quail’s Nest Grill and Terrace is the place for a more casual meal. Some of the best shopping in all of South Florida is within reach when you make your home at Quail Ridge.  Area malls are just a short drive away, featuring the best of national retailers.  Meanwhile, some unique boutique stores are also sprinkled throughout the area.  No matter what you are shopping for, you are sure to find it in Palm Beach County.

With tourism in high demand for this area, it is not surprising that many jobs are tied to the tourism trade.  The public school district is also a large employer in the region. As for medical care, Bethesda West Hospital and Bethesda Memorial Hospital are both close to the community of Quail Ridge. Children living in Quail Ridge attend school within the School District of Palm Beach County.  Nearby schools, include Crosspointe Elementary School, Odyssey Middle School and Boynton Beach Community High School. A number of private schools, as well as private and public colleges and universities are also found in Palm Beach County.
