The community of Valencia Isles features a live guard on duty 24/7 for the security of residents.  The neighborhood also includes a clubhouse with tennis courts, card rooms and a heated swimming pool.  There is also a shuffleboard court and there are meeting rooms available for residents to use. Homeowners within Valencia Isles do pay fees to a Homeowner’s Association.  Those fees go to fund the roving security, maintenance of all common grounds, the security gate, basic cable television and all of the other community amenities. You will find the community of Valencia Isles along Jog Road, just north of Atlantic Avenue.  This area of Boynton Beach is in a desirable location of Palm Beach County.

The luxury homes of Valencia Isles range from two to four bedrooms, with 1,600 to 2,800 square feet of living space.  Many homes fall within the price range of the mid $300,000s to upwards of $500,000. Nearby hospitals to Valencia Isles, include Bethesda West Hospital and Bethesda Memorial Hospital, both located in the Boynton Beach area of Palm Beach County.  A handful of other hospitals and medical centers are also at home in the area. While the community is an adults-only community, the public School District of Palm Beach County does services the community around Valencia Isles.  Nearby schools to the area, include Sunset Palms Elementary School and Odyssey Middle School.  Parents and grandparents also have the choice of sending children to one of a number of private schools in the area. Nearby colleges and universities to Boynton Beach, include Palm Beach State College, Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach Atlantic University.
