Enjoy a laid-back, equestrian lifestyle, within the community of Little Ranches.  Just 100 homes make up the community, found in the Village of Wellington.  It is a great location for families interested in being close to both the equestrian lifestyle and the beach.  In fact, the community is filled with riding trails, but very close to the Atlantic Ocean.  The community does not have a Homeowner’s Association.  You will find the community of Little Ranches just west of 441, and south of Southern Boulevard in the Village of Wellington.  This is a premiere location in Palm Beach County, with easy driving access to all of South Florida.

Some of the homes in Little Ranches include their own arenas, barns and paddocks.  Expect the properties to range greatly in price, with some as low as $400,000 and some upwards of one and a half million dollars, depending on the added features and amenities.  Homes range in size from 1,400 to 4,200 square feet of living space.  Typical homes include walk-in closets, split bedroom plans, modern kitchens and appliances, garden views and renovations and upgrades throughout.  Some of the properties even include their own private swimming pools. 

With Little Ranches being such a horse-friendly community, it is also close to numerous other equine facilities.  The Village of Wellington routinely hosts the Winter Equestrian Festival and other equestrian events that bring in thousands of visitors to the region each year.  The area is top-notch when it comes to the equestrian lifestyle, and is known as the equestrian capitol of the world.  As mentioned, the Atlantic Ocean is less than 30 minutes from Little Ranches.  Along with the nearby beaches, there are dozens of public parks to enjoy in Palm Beach County.  Around 30 of them are found in the Village of Wellington, alone.  There are fantastic locations and opportunities for various water and outdoor sports, including fishing, diving and boating.  When it comes to shopping, the Mall at Wellington Green provides a number of shopping choices.  With more than 150 retail chain stores and specialty stores, you are sure to find just what you are looking for.  There are also a number of high-end retailers situated in, and around, the Palm Beach County area.  As for dining options, the choices are endless.  Many restaurant chains are located in the area, as well as fine dining locations.  You are sure to find just the right location to tempt your appetite, whether you are looking for a restaurant for that special night out, or just one to feed your family on a casual night out.  There are also a number of entertainment options, including the nearby Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.  The venue brings in national acts throughout the year.  There are also a number of historical sites and art museums in the region of Palm Beach County for families and individuals to enjoy.  For healthcare, the region of Little Ranches is covered by nearby Wellington Regional Medical Center and Palms West Hospital.  The community of Little Ranches is a kid-friendly environment, situated within the School District of Palm Beach County.  The public school district is top rated, and one of the largest in the entire nation by population.  Nearby schools to Little Ranches, include Wellington Elementary School and Wellington Community High School.  Also nearby are various private schools.  Less than a mile from the community are Ideal School, The Learning Foundation of Florida and Wellington Christian School.  A number of colleges and universities are also at home in the Palm Beach County area for older students, and those returning to continue their education.
