Experience fine living at its best, when you make your new home in the community of Maidstone.  The neighborhood is a subdivision located within Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club.  The area is best known for its exclusive golf and equestrian lifestyle.  Palm Beach Polo includes two 18-hole golf courses.  One of those courses was originally designed as part of the PGA tour.  A former U.S. Open Champion designed the other.  Palm Beach Polo also includes a tennis center with 19 lighted tennis courts, two clubhouses, eight polo fields and a fitness center with personal trainers.  There are three membership levels available, including equestrian, social/tennis and golf.  You will find Maidstone, and the rest of Palm Beach Polo, near Forest Hill Boulevard and Stribling Way in the lovely Village of Wellington.  Money Magazine ranks Wellington as one of the Top 100 best places to live.  It is an incredible part of Palm Beach County to call home.

Many homes within Maidstone range from $1.5 million dollars to upwards of $3.5 million dollars, on average.  Built between the early to late 1980s, expect to find three to six bedroom homes, with between four and seven-and-a-half baths.  The single-family homes are within just a short walk of the tennis and golf clubhouses.  Some of the homes include private pools with golf course views.  Breathtaking on the outside as well as the inside, the homes feature gourmet kitchens, designer finishes and upgrades throughout.

Living in the community of Maidstone gives you a front row seat to the much sought after equestrian lifestyle that Wellington is known for.  The community hosts polo matches throughout the year.  Along with the polo fields, there is show jumping, dressage, and a 100 stall barn inside the gates of Palm Beach Polo.  Wellington, itself, is considered the Winter Equestrian Capitol of the World.  When it comes to dining options, they are close at hand living in Maidstone.  Palm Beach Polo has its own formal and casual restaurants just for members.  There are also a number of dining options outside the gates of Palm Beach Polo.  The Mall at Wellington Green is just a short drive from the community.  It includes dozens of retail chains and specialty shops.  There are also a number of exclusive, upscale shopping destinations around the Palm Beach County area.  The lovely beaches of South Florida are less than a half hour away from Wellington.  Expect to find prime locations for boating, diving, fishing, and just soaking up the sunshine this area of the country is known for.  There are also dozens of public parks in the Palm Beach County area.  Around 30 of them are located within the Village of Wellington alone.  Outdoor activities are plentiful, with options only limited by your imagination.  There are also a number of museums and historical sites to explore, for both adults and kids.  Some of the museums are specifically designed with hands-on activities, and young children in mind.  As for healthcare, Wellington Regional Medical Center is not far from the community of Maidstone.  There are dozens of other hospitals, medical centers, and health clinics in the area, as well.  As for education, the School District of Palm Beach County covers this area.  It is one of the largest school districts in the nation when it comes to enrollment numbers.  It is also a large employer for Palm Beach County.  Nearby public schools to Maidstone, include Elbridge Gale Elementary School, Polo Park Middle School and Wellington Community High School.  Several private schools are also at home in the area of Wellington, as are a number of colleges and universities.
