Enjoy a quiet, rural lifestyle, with the luxury of an equestrian-themed community.  Welcome to the incredible community of Mallet Hill, built between 1984 and 2010.  The exclusive, gated community has just one driving entrance, but has bridle paths throughout and stunning views of the waterfront.  There are only about 19 homes available, which lends to the exquisite exclusivity of this area.  The community of Mallet Hill is found to the south of Pierson Road and to the west of South Shore Boulevard in the lovely Village of Wellington.  This area is to the west of 441 (SR 7) and the Florida Turnpike in Palm Beach County.  This makes it easy to travel all around South Florida, experiencing everything the area has to offer both residents and visitors.

The estate homes of Mallet Hill feature around five acres of land, including horse stalls.  Prices start in the range of $3.5 million dollars, but go upwards of several million dollars.  Expect to find homes featuring such luxury upgrades as marble flooring, French doors, high ceilings and walk-in closets.  Some homes include outdoor kitchens, private swimming pools and waterfront views.  Many homes include between four and six bedrooms, with between four and six-and-a-half baths.  Square footage for the homes is grand, with many topping 10,000 square feet of living space.

The community of Mallet Hill is just a short drive, walk, or ride away from the show grounds of the Winter Equestrian Festival.  It is a great location to be in as you take advantage of all of the equestrian options that the Village of Wellington has to offer.  The area is well regarded as the equestrian capitol of the world, with numerous equine facilities and events held throughout the year, bringing in thousands of visitors to the area.  The beaches of South Florida are less than a half hour drive from Mallet Hill.  You will find various outdoor opportunities, including boating, diving and fishing.  There are also a number of spots to set up a picnic and soak in the beauty of South Florida and its mild, year-round temperatures.  There are also dozens of public parks in Palm Beach County, with about 30 choices just in the Village of Wellington.  For golfers, there are more than 150 golf courses in the area.  Both public and private courses are available.  As for shopping, the Mall at Wellington Green is just a short drive from the community of Mallet Hill.  Here you will find nearly 200 retailers, including some specialty shops and national retail chain stores.  There are also various restaurants to sample, including everything from casual family choices to fine dining establishments.  For higher-end shopping, there are various choices available in, and around, the Wellington area.  The choices are endless when it comes to living in Palm Beach County.  For easy travel, the community of Mallet Hill is just about a ten-minute drive from Palm Beach International Airport, allowing you to easily access the area.  Nearby hospitals to Mallet Hill include Wellington Regional Medical Center, as well as a number of others.  Children living in Mallet Hill attend public school within the A-rated School District of Palm Beach County.  The public school district is large.  By population, it is one of the largest school districts in the entire nation.  Younger children are close to both Polo Park Middle School and Wellington Landings Middle School.  Other nearby schools include, Binks Forest Elementary School and Wellington Community High School.  Parents also have their choice of various private schools located near the community.  In addition, Palm Beach County boasts a number of private and public universities and colleges.
