Make your next home in a lovely equestrian community with plenty of space for your horses, and your family.  The community of Rustic Ranches features horse trails and jog trails throughout the area, with some homes built in the late 1970s, while others were not constructed until the early 2000s.  The area also includes boarding facilities in the community, with easy access to the show grounds of the Winter Equestrian Festival.  The neighborhood of Rustic Ranches is found to the west of Rustic Ranch Trail/Flying Cow Ranch Road.  This area is in the Village of Wellington, south of Southern Boulevard (SR 80) in Palm Beach County.

Many of the homes within Rustic Ranches have jumping areas, multi-stall barns and feed and tack rooms right on their own property.  The majority of homes include at least five acres of land, with some including ten acres.  Prices traditionally range up to nearly $3 million dollars.  Expect square footage of the homes to vary greatly, with some homes at less than 2,000 square feet, and others upwards of 6,000 square feet.  The homes feature CBS construction, and some include screened-in patios to overlook the picturesque neighborhood.  Some of the homes have pond views.

The community of Rustic Ranches is in a prime location for the equestrian lifestyle the Village of Wellington is known for.  The neighborhood is close to various facilities and events held annually in the region.  Wellington is regarded as the winter equine capitol of the world.  A number of visitors come from all over the world to attend and take part in the various activities.  Buying a home in Rustic Ranches also puts you close to a number of restaurants in the region.  From fine dining, to casual establishments, the area has it all.  Many of your options are very close to the community.  As for shopping, the Mall at Wellington Green is one of the largest venues in the area.  The shopping destination includes more than 100 stores, many of them national retail chains, while others are specialty shops unique to South Florida.  There are also various high-end options available within a short drive from Rustic Ranches.  If golf is your sport, you will find more than 150 options.  Both public and private courses are located all over the Village of Wellington, and nearby communities within Palm Beach County.  The year-round mild temperatures make it easy to play the game almost every day of the year.  Other outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the lovely beaches of South Florida.  Miles of white sandy beaches are easily within reach, less than a 30-minute drive from the Village of Wellington and Rustic Ranches.  There are a number of prime locations for fishing, boating and diving.  You will also find great parks in the region.  Palm Beach County has several dozen public parks.  More than 30 of them are in the Village of Wellington.  The area also has a rich cultural history.  Visit the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, or one of the many museums and historical sites within beautiful Palm Beach County.  Healthcare is close at hand when you live in the Village of Wellington.  The area has numerous hospitals and medical centers nearby.  One of the closest to Rustic Ranches is Wellington Regional Medical Center.  Children living in Rustic Ranches attend school within the A-rated School District of Palm Beach County, one of the largest districts in the nation. The nearby public schools include Binks Forest Elementary School, Wellington Landings Middle School and Wellington High School.  There are also various private schools.  A number of colleges and universities are also at home in Palm Beach County.
