Homes in the community of VillageWalk are either single-family homes or villas.  They offer a number of floor plans to choose from.  Homes range from two to five bedrooms, and from two to three and a half baths. Home prices range from the mid $200,000s to the mid $400,000s.  Many homes feature upgrades throughout, as well as walk in closets, crown molding and hurricane shutters to help withstand the tropical weather commonly found in South Florida. Residents of VillageWalk are within walking distance to a number of public schools that service the neighborhood.  Equestrian Trails Elementary, Emerald Cove Middle School and Palm Beach Central High School are all part of the top-rated Palm Beach County School District.
