You will find a great family atmosphere, with beautiful homes and fantastic neighborhood features in the community of Terracina. The 24-hour, guard gated community features a neighborhood pool and waterfront access, with many homes located right on the lake.  Terracina also includes a picnic area, tennis courts, some covered parking and a clubhouse.  Families will also delight in a barbeque area, tot lot and children’s water area. Built between 2004 and 2007 by D.R. Horton, there are 460 single-family homes in the community. Homebuyers in the Terracina community do pay in to a monthly Homeowner’s Association fee.The community of Terracina has two easily accessible entrances, one off Cleary Road, the other off Jog Road just south of Belvedere in West Palm Beach. This area provides easy access to the Florida Turnpike in lovely, one-of-a-kind, Palm Beach County, Florida. The community of Terracina features rentals, condominiums, and single-family homes.  Prices top out in the mid $400,000 range, with the average new home in the mid $200,000s.  Rental rates begin in the range of $1800 to $2500 per month. At sizes ranging from 1,900 square feet to upwards of 4,300 square feet, many homes include walk-in closets, attached garages, Roman tubs, and top-of-the-line appliances. There are 15 floor plans to choose from, with some of the larger homes featuring a three-car garage. 

Living in the community of Terracina puts you in a great location to experience the beauty and variety of West Palm Beach, Florida.  There are countless restaurants to choose from in the area.  Many are in, and around, the shopping venue of CityPlace.  Along with restaurants and various retail shops, the area also includes a movie theatre and Imax theatre. For live music, food and an historic shopping venue all rolled into one, visit Clematis Street.  If antiques are what you are after, you will not find a better place to scour the aisles looking for collectables, then the shopping district known as Antique Row.  This area along Dixie Highway is recognized all over the east coast as one of the best places to spot and buy antiques. If you are looking for other options, just south of West Palm Beach, check out the Delray Beach International Tennis Championships.  It is an annual stop on the ATP tour, found in Delray Beach.  The National Croquet Center also holds several national championships.  It is the largest such facility in the world.  There are also countless private and public golf courses found all over the area of West Palm Beach. If live theatre is more to your liking, you can find it at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.  The venue hosts music shows, dance, opera and theatre, year-round.  The Palm Beach County History Museum is the place to go in downtown West Palm Beach to learn more about the area. Larger employers in West Palm Beach include The Palm Beach Post, Sikorsky Aircraft and Computer Sciences Corporation. For the safety of residents, there are numerous hospitals located in, and around, the area of West Palm Beach.

Children living in the community of Terracina have the privilege of attending schools in the School District of Palm Beach County.  The district is one of the nation’s largest by attendance figures. Parents also have the choice of numerous private schools in the West Palm Beach area, including Cardinal Newman High School, The King’s Academy and Oxbridge Academy. Older students have options including Northwood University, Keiser University and Palm Beach Atlantic University, all conveniently located in the area.
