Trump Plaza features two, three, four, and even some five-bedroom condominium homes.  Square footage ranges from around 1,900 square feet to 4,000 square feet.  Some past owners, though, have chosen to open up two units, giving some of the homes an awe inspiring 6,000 to 8,000 square feet of living space.  In addition, there are a handful of two-level townhomes with large terraces overlooking the Intracoastal.  All units face to the east and west, with elevators serving just two units.  Bedroom balconies provide views of the Intracoastal and ocean.  The homes are the picture of luxury, and the price reflects that.  While some of the homes go for less than $700,000, others are priced at more than $3 million dollars.  Expect CBS construction, with upgrades such as wood and marble flooring, and formal dining rooms.  Also, expect to find media rooms, outdoor space and hurricane shutters throughout.

Kinsley/Palmview Elementary School.  As far as private schools in the area, there are plenty.  They include, Saint Ann Catholic School, Poinciana Day School and Rosarian Academy.  Alexander W. Dreyfoos Junior School of the Arts is less than a mile from the community.  There area also several colleges and universities located in West Palm Beach.  Palm Beach Atlantic University is downtown.  Other post-secondary schools include Keiser University and Northwood University.
