Although varied in style, many of the homes include wood flooring, walk-in closets, fireplaces and French doors.  Others include open balconies, with garden views, Florida rooms, large private swimming pools and covered patios.  Expect to find two-bedroom, one-bath homes priced in the mid $200,000s for around 1,000 square feet.  Larger homes go upwards of 2,000 square feet, with some priced in the mid $400,000 range.  Property values are going up, as more of the homes are being renovated and remodeled.
